APPLICATION AND SCREENING
We carefully review all applications, assessing qualifications, skills, and experience based on the position requirements. If there is no immediate match, we will keep your CV on file for future opportunities.

TALENT ACQUISITION INTERVIEW
During the interview, a TA Specialist will explore your soft skills, cultural fit, and how well your experience aligns with the role. It's not just about us evaluating your qualifications—it’s also a chance for you to share your expectations and interests, whether it’s about career growth, team dynamics, or work-life balance.
This open conversation helps ensure that both you and the team are set up for success, creating a positive and collaborative environment.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
On the technical interview we focus on understanding your proficiency in the specific areas relevant to the position, as well as your broader knowledge and experience in the field. This interview plays a crucial role in objectively evaluating your expertise and skill set.
It typically takes the form of a structured conversation led by one or more technical interviewers from the relevant technology units, ensuring a fair and consistent process for all applicants.
For certain projects where the client is directly involved, the process may be adjusted to include additional steps, such as an interview with the client.
OFFER
Extending an engagement offer is a crucial step in the hiring process, where we formally present you with an offer that includes all key compensation details. The offer can be communicated verbally and officially sent on email. The last step would be signing the contract with our People & Culture representative.
Providing feedback is essential for a positive candidate’s experience. In all cases, candidates will be informed of the outcome of the hiring process, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
ONBOARDING
At Qinshift/Avenga, we believe in setting you up for success right from day one. During your first days, you will receive all the necessary information and resources to get started, including access to our systems, company orientation, required training, and an introduction to our team. Our structured and welcoming onboarding experience is designed to ensure a smooth transition and help you feel confident in your new role.
You’ll have the opportunity to meet your colleagues, understand your role’s expectations, and gradually immerse yourself in our company culture. You’ll receive role-specific training, dive into real projects, and collaborate with your team, all while receiving continuous support from your manager and team members.
