We’re looking for a skilled Program Manager to lead product integration efforts following an acquisition, ensuring smooth alignment across technical, operational, and business areas. Our client is a leading software company focused on IT asset management, licensing, and cybersecurity.

This is you

• Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in software product integration or related fields
  
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
  
• Knowledge of IT asset management, software licensing, and cloud optimization is preferred

Nice-to-have skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus

This is your role

• Lead a key stream of the Product Integration program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
  
• Develop and manage the integration project plan, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful integration.
  
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the integration process.
  
• Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, including senior management.
  
• Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to ensure collaboration and alignment among teams.
  
• Ensure that the integrated products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the integration program.
