In Buenos Aires, within the insurance domain, we are actively seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our team focused on enhancing the essence of our products and services. Our client is one of Argentina’s leading insurance companies, offering a comprehensive portfolio of insurance solutions, including auto, property, liability, and life insurance products for both individuals and businesses.


This is you

  • 5+ years of commercial experience with .NET (C#), including .NET Core.
  • Proven leadership experience — managing teams or technical ownership of projects.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases: SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Strong background in API design and development (REST, SOAP).
  • Familiarity with Node.js is a plus.
  • Language skills: English – Intermediate or higher, Spanish – Native.

This is your role

  • Lead a team of 3 engineers, provide technical mentorship, and drive successful delivery of multiple initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable backend solutions using .NET Core and C#, including REST/SOAP API integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives.
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Manage database development and optimization using SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Work from the office 2–3 times per week to ensure effective team and client collaboration.
