We are hiring a skilled and motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team in Sofia. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis, planning, and forecasting. Working within a collaborative and professional environment, the specialist will support key business initiatives and help drive performance across the organization. The position follows a hybrid model, with on-site presence required two to three times per week to maintain strong team alignment and effective communication.

This is you

• Relevant University degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, Budgeting and forecasting.
• Expert proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, investment strategies, risk management, and compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication

Nice-to-have skills:

• Data reconciliation and consolidation-to be able to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Variance analysis: Understanding and interpreting deviations from expected financial outcomes.
• Financial modeling: Creating and analyzing financial models to support decision-making.
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis: Forecasting possible outcomes under different scenarios.
• Analytical intellect: Ability to dissect complex financial information.
• Tremendous foresight, attentiveness to detail, and a thorough understanding of the financial system and bookkeeping.

This is your role:

• Prepare and provide management reports, cooperate in group consolidation of the information.
• Participate in and assist the systems integration process.
• Conduct meticulous financial analysis, providing critical insights for informed decision-making and reporting.
• Contribute to crafting and refining financial models, forecasts, and budgetary plans under senior supervision.
• Support the execution and implementation of key financial initiatives and projects to drive strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to consolidate financial data, ensuring a comprehensive and cohesive analysis.
• Continuously enhance skills and utilize sophisticated financial analysis tools and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency in analysis.
• Participate in refining and adjusting financial forecasts based on market trends and changes, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
• Assist in developing presentations and reports to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders across the organization.
• Actively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial analysis and reporting.
