This role focuses on overseeing and coordinating data migration activities to new SAP platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), ensuring alignment with the migration strategy, business needs, timelines, and quality standards.

This is a strategic coordination role, not hands-on technical execution. You will act as a key link between migration integrators, business teams, and other stakeholders —ensuring smooth communication, risk mitigation, and effective delivery across all parties involved.

This is you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in coordinating complex SAP migration or transformation projects
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with external vendors/integrators
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of project and data governance principles
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage complex workflows
• SAP tool familiarity: SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC), LSMW, SAP Data Services, BTP
• Knowledge of ETL tools (Informatica, Talend), SAP BW, and SQL
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello)
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and regulatory requirements
• Tools & Technologies: SAP Tools: LTMC, LSMW, SAP Data Services, BTP, Data Monitoring: Informatica, Talend, SAP BW, SQL, Project & Collaboration: JIRA, MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite

This is your role

• Lead and coordinate data migration activities
• Define and enforce migration strategy, processes, and standards
• Act as the primary interface between migration integrators, internal business teams, and external vendors
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and quality expectations
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to data migration
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business and technical teams
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for project stakeholders
• Support testing and validation phases in cooperation with QA and business users
