This is the job
Avenga is looking for a BPO Specialist for our American project. Our customer is an online enterprise-grade food ordering platform used by many of the US’s largest restaurant chains and millions of users. It integrates with the brands’ existing systems, opening new digital revenue streams injected effortlessly into the restaurant’s operations.
This is you
- 1 year or more of experience in the Business Process area
- Skilled in Google Suite
- Good at Excel (knowledge of Vlookups and Pivots)
- Customer service/support experience
- Deep knowledge in the financial area
- Attention to details
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
This is your role
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over email
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow-up and update customer status and information
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
- Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures
