This is the team
We are looking for a professional with 3 years of experience in the insurance industry and solid skills in agile methodologies to lead product development initiatives.
Location: CABA - 2 or 3 times a week on site
This is you
- Backlog management and prioritization of initiatives based on impact metrics.
- Multi-disciplinary team leadership (backend/frontend, QA and automation).
- User/customer journey design and user story/task creation.
- Collaboration with architecture to align technical solutions.
- Development of roadmaps and reports for stakeholders.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Demonstrable experience in insurance (3+ years).
- Proficient in Scrum/Kanban and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
This is your role
- Preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Creating user stories and tasks.
- Building a user/customer journey.
- Creating a roadmap for each development
