In Sofia, Bulgaria we are actively seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to strengthen our team.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work on UX concepts, ensuring the applicability and scalability. You will collaborate with technology and product teams, engaging with customers and end users for feedback.

You will define and communicate new interaction patterns or extend existing ones across components, layouts, and design systems. A key aspect of your role is abstracting and generalizing requirements to create scalable solutions. You will also be responsible for preparing specifications and enablement assets (e.g., UX guidelines) to ensure consistency and usability across digital products.

- Strong UX design skills with the ability to create compelling visuals to support design decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in application design, UX/UI, or design systems for software solutions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX design abilities, interaction concepts, and usability improvements.
- Hands-on experience with user research methodologies and the ability to apply a user-centric approach to design.
- Expertise in Figma and other industry-standard tools such as Adobe Suite.
- Ability to present, visualize, and communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, structured work approach, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a diverse, global team with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of design token architecture is a plus.
- Very good English skills; Bulgarian skills are beneficial.

- Develop and document design system components, ensuring usability and scalability.
- Explore, define, and maintain the customer’s design system to ensure consistency.
- Apply an inclusive design mindset and adhere to accessibility standards.
- Stay up-to-date with **creative design trends, user behaviors, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive user-centered interaction concepts and solutions.
- Optimize and refine interaction patterns, components, and layouts based on research and user feedback.
- Support design decisions with clear documentation and enablement materials for cross-functional teams.
