- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in International Relations or Law.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong focus on results with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to self-organize and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
- Proficient in computer skills (MS Office).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
This is your role
- Assist employees with their relocation to Bulgaria by coordinating logistics such as accommodation and administrative procedures.
- Support the process of obtaining necessary visas, work permits, and other documentation for foreign colleagues.
- Research and analyze legal changes related to immigration and relocation to ensure compliance and efficiency in processes.
- Interact with immigration offices, employment agencies, tax authorities, embassies, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to manage documentation and administrative matters.
- Visit institutions as necessary to facilitate the relocation process and handle related documentation.
- Provide information on local conditions to assist incoming employees in their transition.
- Maintain a database of relocation-related information and continuously analyze relocation processes to enhance service efficiency.
