In Luxembourg within the public sector, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team, working at one of the most influential European institutions.


This is you

• English and French language knowledge (spoken and written) corresponding to at least Level B2 or higher of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)2
• A completed university degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's)
• At least 15 years of experience in the design, planning, configuration, administration, and maintenance of large-scale SharePoint environments.
• At least one version of Technical certification (Information security certification is preferable, but SharePoint Administration or SharePoint Configuration certifications will also be accepted (2010 or later)).

This is your role

• Design, document, implement, and maintain secure solutions for document collaboration on SharePoint platforms
• Manage SharePoint systems and their underlying components, including MS SQL Server databases, monitoring systems, log management, and other auxiliary components (search services, authentication and user provisioning, caching services, etc.).
• Design and implement technical measures to protect information in compliance with system requirements for the management of Sensitive but Unclassified Information, following the guidelines of the Security Directorate of the Commission.
• Conduct proof-of-concept tests and infrastructure solution prototypes.
• Assist project and service managers, as well as solution architects, in identifying technical solutions for functional or regulatory issues.
• Participate in coordination and project meetings.
• Contribute to security investigations when necessary.
• Provide expert support to stakeholders in maintaining SharePoint- and Microsoft 365-based systems, ensuring the highest standards of security and availability.
• Offer expert technical assistance on SharePoint and related products or services, including technical guidance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and monitoring.
