Avenga is looking for a Senior Node.js Engineer with knowledge of Java to join our team and contribute to impactful projects for a major bank serving the Argentinian market.

As a Senior Node.js Engineer, you will help deliver cutting-edge, high-quality solutions to address business challenges.

This is you

• At least 5 years of solid knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  
• Hands-on experience with the NestJS framework
  
• Expertise in Java
  
• Knowledge of different Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ect.)
  
• Understanding and application of design patterns (e.g. MVC, Singleton, Strategy)
  
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures
  
• Familiar with DevOps tools such as Jenkins
  
• Knowledge or experience with Kibana, AppDynamics or other monitoring tools
  
  

This is your role

• Write clean, maintainable, test-covered code and work with our product team
  
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and consistency across the codebase
  
• Be involved in the entire product lifecycle including the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features
  
• Share your technical solutions and product ideas with the team
  
• Contribute to the team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
