In Germany, in a hybrid working model, within the BFSI industry, we are actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow AQA Engineer (f/m/x) to strengthen our team.

Our client, a leading development and promotional bank in Germany, drives economic growth through innovative financial services. To support their ongoing digital transformation, we are looking for an expert to enhance and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions.

This long-term opportunity offers you the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technology.

This is you

  • Proficiency in German (native or near-native) and upper-intermediate English
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with test automation and tools such as ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, or JMeter
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Understanding of ITIL and ServiceNow processes

Nice-to-have skills:

  • ISTQB certification is a plus

This is your role

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for ServiceNow
  • Utilize the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for test automation
  • Analyze test results and identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with developers to enhance the test strategy
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines
