In Germany, in a hybrid working model, within the BFSI industry, we are actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant (f/m/x) to strengthen our team.
Our client, a leading development bank in Germany, drives economic growth through innovative financial services. To support their ongoing digital transformation, we are looking for an expert to enhance and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet organizational needs and objectives.
- Analyze business processes and successfully transfer them to ServiceNow.
- Develop technical concepts and solutions that align with the client's business requirements.
- Support the integration of ServiceNow into existing IT systems and ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and ongoing support to users, helping them maximize the use of ServiceNow tools.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in German (native or near-native) and upper-intermediate English
- Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs, ServiceNow IntegrationHub and mid-server configuration).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (business rules, client scripts, workflows, Glide API, and server-side scripting).
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Demanded ServiceNow official certification for:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA): Validates foundational knowledge of the platform and its core capabilities.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CSD): Confirms proficiency in developing and customizing applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- ITIL4 Foundation certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
