Avenga is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our Saudi Arabia project. Our client provides solutions in multiple segments including: Retail Banking Products, Business Products, Investment Products and International Remittance services.The Retail Banking segment includes services and products for individuals, including deposits, financing, remittances, and currency exchange. The Corporate Banking segment comprises of services and products to corporate and commercial customers, including deposits, financing, and trade services.

One of the client's products is Retail Mobile Banking (RMB) app serves retail customers with banking services like account opening, transfers, and bill payments. Avenga is modernizing RMB with a microapp architecture to enhance performance and user experience.


This is you

• 4+ years of experience on BA/Product related positions;
• Proven experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis and optimization.
• Ability to set up and manage BA processes in large projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with microapp architectures or digital banking solutions is a plus.
• Successful practical experience in establishing and complying to the change management process;
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps;
• Confident in designing solutions/ business processes/ operating models;
• Proficient user of Excel and BPM;
• English ­ – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  
  
  This is your role
  
• Define and establish requirements management processes.
• Conduct end-to-end reviews of assigned business processes to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and technological risks.
• Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and optimizing workflows.
• Delegate tasks to other Business Analysts and ensure effective communication within the team and with the client.
• Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results;
• Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level;
• Contribute to project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan);
• Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation and managing project scope;
