• Familiarity with UX principles to ensure user-friendly designs and solutions.
• Experience in preparing and presenting reports to track progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders to gather input and align project goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients.
• Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

This is your role:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to define and document clear business requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing business-related questions, issues, and clarifications.
• Work closely with senior technical team members to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
• Apply specialist UX skills to ensure user-friendly and effective solutions.
• Create and deliver robust and relevant reporting to keep stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and project outcomes.
• Engage with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
