In Argentina within the Pharma industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team.
This is you
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management and related domains, with a focus on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably PharmaSuite.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow for service management and tracking.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and higher, Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and higher, and Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP).
- Familiarity with Good Documentation Practice (GxP) and Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Capable of working independently and managing complex processes effectively.
- Open to on-call responsibilities during weekends.
- Open to work from 1pm to 10pm (flexible)
Nice-to-have skills:
- Knowledge of business processes related to manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
- Continual self-development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and domain specializations.
- Experience with scripting and customization to adapt solutions to business needs.
- Familiarity with industry reference architecture and terminology for manufacturing operations management.
This is your role
- Provide reliable IT service delivery based on ITSM processes, ensuring operational stability and effectiveness of IT systems.
- Manage and resolve technical and functional incidents following the Incident Management Guideline, including proper categorization, escalation, diagnosis, resolution, and closure.
- Offer expertise in change, problem, release, and configuration management processes.
- Ensure GxP systems remain in a validated state in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to knowledge management by maintaining high-quality solution documentation and enhancing the knowledge base.
- Oversee various phases of the solution lifecycle, from implementation to operation, maintenance, and retirement.
- Collaborate with delivery partners and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Apply hands-on expertise to maintain, monitor, and enhance solutions using advanced technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of specialists, driving best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
