In Córdoba, Argentina; we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our IT team.
This is you
- Proficiency in configuring and administering switches and firewalls (Fortinet/Cisco).
- Expertise in operating systems, including Linux and Windows, for troubleshooting and configuration.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN network architectures and their administration.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and Office 365 administration.
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
- Solid experience as an IT Support Engineer with a focus on Network Administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and technical teams, explaining problems and solutions clearly.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain rigorous tracking of incidents and requirements.
- A proactive team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and external suppliers.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with Fortinet and Cisco devices for configuration and administration of switches and firewalls.
- Knowledge of information security practices, both at the user level and within data networks.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Advanced skills in computer virtualization and managing virtualized environments.
This is your role
- Provide technical support to end users, ensuring effective incident resolution and tracking.
- Maintain the availability and correct operation of equipment under your management.
- Coordinate and track incidents reported to external suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Monitor the status and performance of company equipment and maintain operational continuity.
- Manage and track tickets through Jira, ensuring clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
- Maintain control over the company’s asset inventory.
- Provide support for on-premise and cloud-based servers.
- Administer and maintain the company’s LAN/WAN networks and data infrastructure.
