In Argentina within the Insurtech industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team.

This is you

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with aspirational goals and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer, proficient in languages like Java, Scala, Python, or similar.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML, Angular, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience with RESTful applications and integrations with SOAP services.
  • Knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.

This is your role

  • Develop secure CORE services that ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Participate actively in the entire application lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Write reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code that adheres to industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance and optimize applications.
  • Define and communicate technical and design requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
