This is you
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager (f/m/x);
- Ability to anticipate client needs in alignment with their overall strategy and goals;
- Proactive approach to account management and service delivery;
- Excellent organizational skills for managing complex accounts;
- Proven leadership abilities in coordinating distributed teams;
- Capacity to maintain composure and reassure stakeholders in high-pressure situations;
- Good expertise in SDLC and Agile SW development methodologies;
- Knowledge of project, program, portfolio, or service delivery governance models;
- Skilled in assessing situations, challenges, and assets;
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and mitigate complex service-related issues;
- Proficiency in sophisticated risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies;
- Experience in managing risks across multiple projects or programs;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal);
- Ability to communicate proactively with clients until issues are resolved.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing, Mobility/Transportation, Automotive.
This is your role
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing business growth, escalations, and contracts;
- Understand international regulations and cultural nuances to effectively manage medium to complex accounts;
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects and services, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget;
- Manage the project portfolio using diverse delivery methodologies;
- Handle budgeting, financial forecasting, and Profit & Loss analyses to ensure project profitability;
- Implement strategies for profit improvement;
- Facilitate proactive communication among delivery managers, project managers, and engineering teams;
- Propose executive decisions to higher management on both client and company sides;
- Lead business development activities, including negotiations and upselling opportunities;
- Review and close contracts with clients to drive business growth;
- By focusing on these core responsibilities, Account Delivery Managers are crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering business success.
