In Vienna within the iGaming industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to development of backend systems for our lottery systems.

This is you

• You produce high-quality back-end code that is reliable and demonstrable
• You have an education with an IT background (HTL/FH/Uni, etc.).
• You have experience in Java and Spring Boot
• The quality of the software is your top priority
• You have experience in software development in an agile environment
• You enjoy constantly learning new things
• You can express yourself well in German and English, both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage
• You work with a modern Java stack, including Spring Boot, Docker, Openshift, Jenkins, and GitLab
• You are comfortable operating in an agile environment
• You bring more than 5 years of experience to the table
• You are a quick learner and flexible enough to switch between projects during the contract period
• You communicate fluently in both English and German, in writing and speech
• You are available to work in Vienna 2–3 days per week
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, though not required

This is your role

• In an agile environment, you will work with a modern Java and JavaScript tech stack including Spring Boot, TypeScript, JavaScript and React
• Together with your Scrum team, you will take responsibility for the development and operation of your product
• You will continue to develop our applications with other Scrum teams and cross-functional teams
• You will live Continuous Deployment and will also have the opportunity to further develop the processes
