Starting from the new year, we are excited to welcome a skilled new member to the Qinshift team. 

We are looking for a candidate to join our Prague office, where they will be involved in providing technical support for users of client mobile applications and other IT solutions in the automotive industry. This position is a great opportunity for junior candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skills.

This is you

• Good communication skills and analytical spirit
• Interest in growth within an IT international company
• Positive attitude in IT, customer service or automotive area
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English for written communication
• Ability to attend offices in Prague 8
• Responsible attitude and ability to work as a team (each of us matters)

Nice-to-have skills:

• Previous work experience with administrative positions
• Basic orientation in project management theory and IT roles 

This is your role

• Managing, (basic, logic) analysing, and resolving incoming tickets from mobile app 
• Providing technical support for other automotive client connectivity solutions
• Creating internal documentation and preparing user manuals for end users
• Conducting user testing in the client's environment (if required)
• Collaborating across support teams (Prague/Brno/Mladá Boleslav)
