In Bratislava within the Banking industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to banking products and systems.


This is you

• Know-how of banking sector, mainly Core Banking System, Product Catalogue, Payment Hub and their integration to new systems
• Practical experience in the field of IT testing as a Test Lead and Test Manager
• Previous experience in leading the testing of a large integration project
• Excellent communication skills for effective communication with stakeholders, expressing ideas clearly, and the ability to listen to others
• Ability to lead test teams in an inspiring and effective manner
• Skill in planning and time management
• Ability to adapt to changes and rapid development of the situation

Nice to have skills:

• ISTQB certificate – ideally Test Manager
• Good English spoken and written

This is your role

• Key role in managing testing activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Preparation of a test strategy for the tender for an implementation partner
• Planning, organization and supervision of testing activities from the preparation of documentation to the stabilization of deliveries in the production environment
• Coordination of various types of tests, including Unit Tests, System Tests, System-Integration Tests, UAT Tests, E2E Tests, Performance Tests, Stress Tests, High Availability Tests, and Comparative Tests
• Definition of requirements for testing, design of test strategy, management of test design (test analysis), preparation of test scenarios and provision of review by owners, management of own testing (test execution) within project teams responsible for testing
• Maintaining and managing testing-related documentation
• Continuous reporting of test results
• Test Quality Management and Assurance
• Risk monitoring
• Cooperation in the preparation and management of the schedule of the entire project
