This is you

• Extensive experience with technologies and patterns for building modern web products and services, including CDNs, cloud infrastructure, and databases, with a focus on performance.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Experience in frontend development with CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Familiarity with Mandatewire technologies: PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, DynamoDB, S3, and Lambda.
• Experience with tools and engineering for building resilient cloud systems.
• Proficiency in writing automated tests with a focus on best practices.
• Ability to articulate technical trade-offs and understand technical debt.
• Skill in balancing customer needs and business requirements.
• Understanding the importance of diversity and equality in a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with the 12-factor methodology.
• Understanding of design and UX principles.
• Еxperience with PHP (Zend Framework, Doctrine ORM)

• Participate in technical decision-making to support the technology strategy.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business domains to effectively shape the platforms you build.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to departmental strategies and lead ongoing refinements.
• Have a practical approach to working with a large portfolio of products that leverage a diverse range of technologies.
• Communicate widely within the organization to ensure best practices are understood and adopted across different teams.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code while implementing best practices for performance optimization and fault tolerance.
• Ensure systems are reliable and effectively operable by actively participating in troubleshooting and debugging processes, leading efforts to enhance application resilience.
