This is the job

In Sofia, Bulgaria within the Banking industry, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our team dedicated to the administration activities. 

Application activities:

· Support and maintenance of banking applications – main: CRM Software ( Customized MS Dynamics); Reporting software; 2 Data Warehouse systems and some other satellite ones

· Ensure maximum availability of all systems

· Installing packages (new functionalities, bugs fixes) and services

· Implement new features and software according to the needs of end users

· Troubleshoot and resolve problems on any of the supported environments and/or services

· Communication with software developers (internal and external) for development of new business functionalities or closing operational tasks

· Plan, coordinate and execute changes and upgrades

· Provide extended monitoring of all system components and processes

· Automatization and improvement of various recurring tasks and jobs including regular reports and other tasks;

· Users Management (in banking applications)

· Take part in End of day, End of month, End of Year procedures of core banking systems for Bulgaria and Greece

Database activities:

· MS SQL DB Management for the production and test environments

· DB Configuration and Maintenance / DB Links / DB refresh – backup/restore procedures

· Users Management (access rights and permissions in DBs)

· Analysis server

· Reporting server

This is you: 

· MS SQL and/or Oracle databases and PL/SQL Developer

· SQL querying

· Microsoft operating systems – Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

· Web technologies and web servers (.Net and Microsoft IIS)

· Webservers (Apache)

· Python and ETL (windows command prompt/shell)

· Business intelligence

· Microsoft dynamics 365/cloud

· Monitoring systems

· Atlassian Products

· Knowledge of finance and accounting
