As a Business Development Director in our Mobility & Transportation vertical, we are looking for a driven, proactive and social people's person who thrives in uncovering new business opportunities. Your understanding of these industries, extensive network, and solid knowledge of the ecosystem surrounding the digital transformation taking place in those sectors enable you to develop and deliver innovative, tailored solutions for our clients.
With your extensive sales experience and strong focus on service and customer value, you spot opportunities early and execute them strategically. Collaborating with Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from the first conversation to contract closure—driving the transformation of our mobility and transportation clients to the next level.
You are well-versed in selling IT services, have a keen technical understanding, and recognize the importance of delighting customers with service-oriented solutions. You also understand the major possibilities that come with offering nearshore models.
You will be responsible for expanding our portfolio, ensuring the long-term growth and success of our business in the DACH region
This is you
- You have a well-established network in the mobility, transportation and related sectors.
- You proactively engage new clients and accurately identify their challenges, staying motivated even in the face of setbacks.
- You’re experienced in selling IT services, have an interest in tech, and appreciate the importance of delivering customer-centric solutions.
- You are experienced with nearshore models and how to sell and package them.
- You are empathetic, open-minded, and confident in your interactions.
- You can work independently, are flexible, and can create solutions to different client needs.
- You have experience with tenders and negotiating with buying centers.
- You are fluent in German and English.
This is your role
- You will expand our business activities in the DACH market by attracting new clients from the mobility and transportation sectors.
- You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact to contract closure, in close collaboration with our Consulting, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams at both local and global levels.
- You will manage and strategically develop your clients based on our comprehensive portfolio.
- You will participate in planning, preparing, and executing lead generation campaigns.
- You will orchestrate the proposal process for tenders.
