This is the job

We are on the lookout for a experienced Manual QA Engineer with a proven track record of at least 5 years in testing enterprise-grade systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the Telecom domain and demonstrate strong English proficiency. While experience with ServiceNow is a notable advantage, it is not mandatory. We are seeking intermediate profile to spearhead quality assurance for our telecom-related projects and services.

This is you

• Minimum of 5 years in manual QA testing for enterprise systems
• Proven experience in the Telecom domain with a solid understanding of telecom services and systems
• Strong manual testing skills with the ability to design and execute effective test cases
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar platform 

This is your role

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases for enterprise-grade systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and system functionalities
• Apply in-depth knowledge of telecom services and systems to guide testing strategies and identify critical test scenarios
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues through the testing process
• Provide detailed defect reports and work closely with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and practices within the team
