We are looking for a new member to join our Technical Support team in Prague office. 

This position is perfect for starting a career in IT, customer support, and if you're interested in the automotive world, it's a hit!

You can look forward to providing technical support for our client's mobile application (automotive area), customer ticket analysis and preparation of customer documentation.

This is you

• Previous experience in IT and customer support role are welcome
• Very good communication skills and analytic mind (for technical solutions)
• Strong interest in IT, customer service or automotive
• Very good communication skills - fluent Czech/Slovak and communicative English 
• Responsible attitude and interest in team-working

This is your role

• Support for mobile app and other connectivity solutions
• Analysis of customer tickets, active reading in tools
• Indirect communication with the customers - preparation of english texts 
• Participation in user testing of the mobile application
• Collaboration on creating knowledge base 
• Preparation of customer information and user friendly communication
• Monitoring system availability and informing third parties about outages
