Do you have experience with implementing core banking systems? Are you interested in joining a long-term project and contributing to their replacement and subsequent integration with other systems?

This is you

• Understanding the ins and outs of the banking sector and especially core banking systems is crucial
• Skillfully analyse both functional and non-functional requirements
• Demonstrate expertise in process modelling
• Proficiently formulate data and object structures, define integration interface
• Showcase expertise in UML/BPMN
• Navigate with ease using Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with graphic tools such as Figma, Visio, Axure would be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of SQL and basics of any programming language will be useful
• Advocate for the proposed solution and cultivate a collaborative relationship with the client
• Exhibit proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English at a communicative level

This is your role

• Take a leading role in the replacement of core banking systems and their integration with other systems
• Take responsibility for gathering, analyzing and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders
• Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders should be your second nature
• Your tasks will include creating Wireframes, process modelling and creating Use Case
• Create technical specifications for the development team, including the design of the integration interface, will be essential
• Engage in daily communication with stakeholders, Architect and the development team
• Presenting your solution to the client will be an necessary part of this role
• Manage change management throughout the project
• Provide the support during creating tests and testing will be included
• Onsite presence at the client's location for 3 days a week is essential for this role
