This is the job

Information Security Specialist contributes to both daily operational duties and project activities related to executing information security program. The main purpose of the role is implementing, managing, and continually improving the organization’s ISMS. This role ensures the protection of information assets, compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and alignment with business objectives to minimize risks and safeguard the organization's data.

This is you

• 3+ years of progressive experience in information security roles
  
• Strong understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices
  
• Experience in implementing, managing, and continually improving the organization’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  
• Involvement in protection of information assets, compliance with relevant standards and regulations, and alignment with business objectives to minimize risks and safeguard the organization's data.
  
• Collaboration skills for cross-functional and cross-geography teams
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice-to-have skills:

• CISA, CompTIA Security+, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, or similar.

This is your role

• Keep alignment with information security policies, government and EU regulations, legal and industry standards (ISO/IEC 27001, TISAX)
• Preparation of management system review for ISMS Committee in accordance with standard
• Cooperation with other team members of information security team responsible for ISMS in other regions
• Provide support during internal & external security audits and assist with remediation activities
• Support company business requirements and act as information security SME person to go within assigned region
• Mergers & acquisitions support and participation on due diligence process for information security and data privacy domains
• Work closely with internal Business Development, Delivery and People & Corporate functions
• Pre-sales support as required along with continuous guidance in terms of information security for business delivery
• Ensure effective communication with the business leads and maintain frequent communication channel to all employees
