Do you have a customer-oriented approach, natural leadership abilities, professional demeanor, and the ability to meet agreed-upon project timelines and budgets? Join our team, which is engaged in supporting and making minor developments to extensive web applications for a client in the automotive industry.

This is you

• You have at least 5 years of proven experience as a project manager in custom or product software development
• You are familiar with project methodologies, procedures, and tools – ideally, you have practical experience with ITIL and Confluence
• You focus on building relationships with customers and understanding their real needs, empathizing with their situation, and based on that, proposing beneficial solutions to their needs
• You pride yourself on your professional demeanor and organizational skills, with an emphasis on processing large amounts of information and prioritizing them
• You have strong knowledge in managing complex proposals, advanced quality management experience, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• You possess a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for embracing new visions and ideas, moving away from the traditional corporate project management style.
• You must be able to communicate in Czech/Slovak and English at a business level

This is your role

• You will be responsible for the successful management and implementation of projects
• Managing project processes (change management, budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, quality, achieving project goals, customer satisfaction) and methodologies for analytical work, including managing delivery and development work, will be entirely under your purview
• Analyzing and managing potential risks, reporting discrepancies, proposing new solutions and standards, and overseeing compliance with SLAs
• You will also be responsible for completing, reviewing, and presenting project outputs to company management, customers, and team members
• Motivating and leading project team members will also be part of your responsibilities
• You will certainly use your previous experience in negotiating, maintaining, and developing relationships with customers
